 With 20 years of personal practice and 15 years of teaching experience, Shannon Lind brings deep training and steady, real-world expertise to every class. She is an E-RYT200 and RYT500, Level Two Somatic Movement Certified, and holds specialty certificates in Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Senior Chair Yoga—offering skilled guidance that’s both highly informed and beautifully accessible.
