Upcoming Classes: Where Mind and Body Meet

Hatha / Slow Flow

Gentle Movement/Somatic Yoga

Gentle Movement/Somatic Yoga

  • Monday Evenings & Saturday Mornings: Hatha / Slow Flow Yoga is a style that blends the principles of traditional Hatha yoga with a mindful, slower-paced flow. It emphasizes breath awareness, alignment, and balance, making it accessible for all levels.  In a Hatha / Slow Flow class, you’ll typically move through a series of postures (asanas) that are held for several breaths, allowing you to explore each pose with depth and focus. The transitions between poses are gentle and deliberate, helping to build strength, flexibility, and concentration without feeling rushed.
This practice promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and helps cultivate a strong mind-body connection, making it a great choice whether you're looking to deepen your practice or just unwind and stretch.

Our Saturday classes are a mix of teachers .  Each of these experienced teachers bring a different spin to their classes.

Gentle Movement/Somatic Yoga

Gentle Movement/Somatic Yoga

Gentle Movement/Somatic Yoga is a mindful, body-focused practice designed to release tension, increase mobility, and restore balance to the nervous system. This class combines gentle stretches, slow movements, and somatic exercises, which emphasize internal body awareness and subtle adjustments.

Somatic practices help to retrain the brain-body connection, relieving chronic pain and improving functional movement. Instead of striving for perfection in poses, the focus is on how your body feels as you move, making this class perfect for anyone seeking stress relief, rehabilitation, or a gentler approach to yoga.

This class is ideal for all levels, especially those recovering from injuries, dealing with chronic pain, or simply looking to unwind and move with ease.

Gentle Yoga

Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga

Gentle Yoga is a soothing and accessible practice designed for anyone looking for a slower, more nurturing approach to yoga. This class focuses on gentle stretches, simple postures, and mindful breathing, making it perfect for beginners, seniors, or those seeking a more relaxed experience.

The pace is unhurried, with extra time to ease into each pose, allowing for a deep sense of relaxation and alignment. Modifications and props are often used to ensure comfort and accessibility for all body types and levels of mobility.

This class is great for reducing stress, increasing flexibility, and promoting overall well-being without the intensity of more vigorous yoga styles.
