Mindful Mondays: All-levels Yoga
Unwind at the start of your week with a yoga class designed for every level of experience—from complete beginners to seasoned practitioners. Each session offers clear instruction, time to explore the poses, and modifications so you can adapt the practice to your needs. You’ll build strength, flexibility, and balance while finding both challenge and relaxation in a supportive environment.
Rise & Shine Yoga

Start your weekend with an energizing and accessible yoga practice designed for every level of experience—from first-time beginners to seasoned practitioners. Each class provides time to learn and explore poses with clear instruction and modifications, making it easy to adapt the practice to your needs. Expect a balance of gentle challenge and supportive guidance to help you build strength, flexibility, and confidence in your practice.
Somatic Yoga & Gentle Stretch
Discover the power of slow, mindful movement designed to ease tension, improve posture, and support healthy, functional mobility. This class combines gentle stretches with Somatic Yoga techniques to help release chronic tightness, reduce stress, and bring more ease to your body. No previous yoga experience is needed—just a willingness to move with awareness
This class is ideal for all levels, especially those recovering from injuries, dealing with chronic pain, or simply looking to unwind and move with ease.
Gentle Yoga for Strength and Balance
This class offers a gentle, accessible approach to yoga with an emphasis on breath, mindful movement, and safe alignment. Based on classic Hatha Yoga, you’ll explore slow, intentional poses that support flexibility, strength, balance, and ease of movement. Each session is designed to leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed, and more connected to your body.
The instructors have specialized training in healthy aging and sustainable movement practices, with a focus on helping students move well for life.
Restorative Yoga Mini Retreats
Treat yourself to a deep relaxation experience designed to restore body, mind, and spirit. These special sessions blend restorative and yin-inspired yoga with long, supported poses that encourage calm, release, and stress relief. Each retreat concludes with a unique practice such as guided meditation, crystal bowl sound healing, or another soothing feature to leave you refreshed and renewed.
